Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team, specializing in servicing construction and demolition sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating roll-off trucks and be comfortable working in fast-paced, safety-critical environments.
Operate roll-off container trucks to transport debris, materials, and waste to and from construction and demolition sites.
Deliver, position, and retrieve various-sized roll-off containers, ensuring proper placement and secure load handling.
Perform daily inspections of vehicle and equipment to ensure optimal operation and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Navigate urban, industrial, and rural job sites while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Safely swing and secure heavy container gates and ensure all loads are properly tarped and secured for transport.
Maintain accurate documentation of pickups, deliveries, and disposal logs.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members to ensure timely service and problem resolution.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or B preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience operating roll-off or similar heavy-duty trucks
Strong understanding of container handling procedures and safe load securement
Physically able to swing, lift, and secure heavy gates and container components
A clean driving record and strong commitment to safety and reliability
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
Experience with construction or demolition site logistics
Familiarity with local disposal facilities and hauling routes
Mechanical aptitude or minor truck troubleshooting skills
