**Requirements**:
- Must have or be willing to establish an LLC before starting.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
**Earning Potential**:
- First-year earnings potential of $200,000 - $500,000.
