Job Description: Full Time
In this position you will be responsible for conducting sales appointments including estimating, explaining options, and assisting customers with appropriate selections. Using our new CRM you can provide quotes quickly and efficiently. Training on CRM supplied. All leads provided by the company. No cold calling required.
Job Requirements
You must:
Possess the ability to speak and communicate with confidence and clarity.
Have interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills.
Be ambitious, self- motivated, punctual, hardworking and dependable.
Be an organized person that pays attention to detail.
Have prior construction experience, either hand on in the field and or proven estimating knowledge.
Have the ability to measure and estimate roofing jobs. Ability to measure and estimate siding and windows jobs a big plus.
Have dependable transportation and driver license and a clean driving record.
Must pass background check.
Ability to run subcontracted crews.
Compensation
Salary plus commissions
60,000 to 80,000+/ a year for entry level and 100,000+ for experienced roofing, siding and window estimator.
Yearly bonuses offered based on volume produced.
