We are a small business but in business for over 30 years. Although we are in the IT / Computer Industry, we do not care if you have any computer skills… Although it would be helpful to understand computer components and be technically savvy.
We sell our products directly to corporations and consumers. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual looking to grow withing our company. WE WILL TRAIN YOU. Must be able to multitask, learn our sales software, speak good English, and be able to call on customers and answer emails…this is a sales and customer service blended position. NOT TELEMARKETING but there is substantial commissions. You must be local this is NOT REMOTE JOB.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
Warm calls to previous customers, Customer support, Email Marketing, Gathering leads for sales, Organizing customer data in CRM, Trade Show Marketing, Social Media Management and other sales and marketing related tasks.
