As the ideal candidate, you have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP solutions with excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices in the manufacturing industry. As an SAP consultant, you will be the subject matter expert and solution architect in S/4 HANA, with in-depth knowledge of EDI setup. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting requirements, and providing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions to meet their needs Design, configure, and implement SAP modules and solutions, including SAP CO, FI, LE, MM, PP, SD, and/or other relevant modules Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders Analyze customer requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives Responsible for the support and communication with SDSK for the implementation management, and optimization of new and existing processes within the assigned SAP module needed to support customers requirements Motivated to formulate process improvements resulting from support issues, with the aim of minimizing recurring support Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements, and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and report results Qualifications: Bilingual (Korean and English) Required No limitation to travel within the U.S or abroad Requires to be customers site during the project period Bachelor's degree in computer science / related discipline with an information technology focus 9+ years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications Experience within SAP FI in an ECC 6 environment Full lifecycle SAP implementation with expertise in one of the SAP modules, such as CO, FI, LE, MM, PP, SD, and other SAP modules Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems Relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate Exposure and hands-on in SAP configuration, customizing, and deployment Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices Experienced in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity In-depth technical knowledge working with EDI related systems and architecture Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing tests, training users, and documenting training materials Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamics of application development, and information technology practices and methods Other Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in teamwork, understanding of business and customer requirements, and excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risks within the organization Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions #J-18808-Ljbffr CEF Solutions Inc.
