Role: SAP FICO Lead Location: Atlanta GA – Onsite Position Type: Contract Qualifications: 6 - 8 years SAP FICO experience with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation completed. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as FICO expert with strong knowledge of FI (GL/AR/AP/AA). Hands-on experience with CO, including Internal Orders and Cost Center Accounting. Experience with VIM solutions like OpenText. Strong knowledge of FICO interfacing with MM, SD, and external applications. Develop functional design documents. Conduct functional acceptance testing and integration testing. Coordinate user acceptance testing issues. Review and modify training materials. Prepare for go-live activities. Ensure team deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Provide direction to offshore functional analysts. Experience with solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support. Participate in all phases of SAP implementation, including requirements gathering, designing solutions, development, testing, and post-implementation support. Understand integration points and execution order. Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints. Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities. Stay updated on current trends and technical advancements. Manage time effectively and be flexible and creative.
