As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Day/Swing Mix: 0400-1200/1200 to 2000: Friday to Monday, Shift Days to be explained during the interview.
• Competitively hourly wage of $21 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you answer phones, greet people, handle vendors, and check IDs.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You may be tasked in doing foot and vehicle patrols.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You have at least a high school/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
• You have at least 1 year with truck gate experience.
• You have the physical stamina to be on your feet and handle the weather throughout your shift, as needed.
• You possess excellent people skills.
• You are exceptional at working with Electronics, computers, phones, alarm systems, and other hi-tech tools.
• You have a driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• You have outstanding work ethic!
• You are a U.S. Citizen or naturalized.
