As a Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain high visibility, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
