There are 2 vacancies being hired, each focused on one of the following areas:

1. Data: A data-oriented individual with experience in SQL/Python who can handle query construction, data transformation/validation, and data joining/aggregation. Responsibilities include transforming data into actionable business insights, collaborating with teams to unify data sources, and demonstrating strong Excel and PowerPoint skills alongside SQL and Python.
2. Communication: An organized communicator capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, concise messages. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication plans, sourcing and assessing content critically, and producing effective written and presentation materials.

The role involves driving strategic planning, analyzing market trends, conducting scenario planning, supporting business leaders, and building stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Recommending solutions based on analysis
• Identifying emerging issues and trends
• Supporting execution of strategic initiatives
• Preparing strategic presentations and organizing planning meetings
• Monitoring performance and addressing issues
• Providing consulting, analytical, and technical support

Qualifications:

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in relevant areas
• In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills
• Data-driven decision-making expertise

Salary: $87,000.00 - $161,400.00 (salaried, with variations based on location, skills, and experience)
