KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Review and map Workday business processes. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within the Workday application. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel. Qualifications: Minimum three years of ERP, HCM implementation, and upgrade experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation and Workday certification in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Integration (Candidates without current certification must obtain one within three months of employment). Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce publication-quality writing. Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. Willingness to travel as required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG does not sponsor visas for this role.
