This role involves working on Workday HCM projects, including strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Responsibilities Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization. Review and map Workday business processes. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for clients, including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients. Qualifications Minimum of three years of ERP and HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation and Workday certification in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Integration. Candidates without certification must obtain one within three months of employment. Strong verbal and analytical skills; ability to produce publication-quality writing. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. Willingness to travel as required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
