Role/Title: Senior Epic Integration Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA, 94105(Remote)
Type: 6+ Months Contracts with high possibility of Extension
Note: 100% Remote
Travel 1 week per month. Travel needs may increase to 2 weeks per month during Go Live.
Pay Range: $85/hr- $100/hr Job Description: We are seeking a
Senior Epic Integration Project Manager with a strong background in Epic technology and vendor integration management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless software integration with Epic systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead vendors through the complex process of integrating their software with Epic systems.
- Manage timelines, testing, training, and system configurations to ensure successful integration.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues while implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and operational challenges.
- Provide regular status updates to the program director and management team.
- Ensure strong vendor management, fostering clear communication and accountability.
- Strategically align integration efforts with business objectives and project goals.
