Your Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-departmental IT projects to drive CureVac's digital transformation agenda
• Manage all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to the defined scope, and strict control over the budget
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
• Inspire and guide project team members to achieve their best
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
• Implement project communication plans and conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
• Ensure that the project's outcomes are aligned with business objectives and take proactive steps to ensure their successful realization, driving measurable results
• Manage third-party vendors to achieve project goals

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in IT project management, including large-scale projects with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Ideally experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, banking, etc.)
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, proactive and hands-on mentality
• Flexible mindset, the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels, accountability and adept in discovering innovative approaches to problem-solving
• Fluency in English
