Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pattern Maker with experience in women's woven and knits to join our team. Someone who has a real passion for construction and enjoys this line of work. As a Senior Pattern Maker, your primary role will be dedicated to creating size-inclusive, well-fitting, and high quality garments. Ideally someone who enjoys apparel, patterns and solving construction puzzles is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Patterns based off photos, sketches, or reference samples.
• Pattern adjustments to existing patterns
• Executing patterns from 1st proto through production for all private brand categories
• Lead fittings and work closely with the design team to execute fit intent
• Develop fit blocks, construction standards, and quality guidelines for multiple brands
• Manage workflow based off the company calendar
• Using tracking reports for all sample approvals, spec changes etc.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure all garments are production ready in accordance with the company timeline
• Guide/Manage in house sample sewers, Team of 2 as well as other pattern makers either in house or contractors
• Monitor and contribute to the accuracy of all tech packs including POMs, BOM, Construction Callouts and Spec Changes
• Join the cross-functional teams in all pass off meetings to ensure all garment specifications are communicated effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Pattern maker with a minimum of 10+ years experience.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM systems
• Tukatech Experience Required
• Activewear Experience a plus
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fit accuracy and precision.
• Bring expertise in textiles, pattern making, grading, and construction
• Knowledge of garments specs and grading
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• The job will be on-site M-F.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
