Overview

Uber Eats is on a mission to deliver almost anything to our customers. We are looking for a visionary and strategic Consumer Experience Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and fastpaced team. In this role you will be directly responsible for key aspects of the core consumer journey in the Uber Eats app, serving millions of users worldwide.

As a senior product manager, you will set strategy and vision for the experience, align with crossfunctional partners, and drive that vision forward daily with teams across Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Opsto identify opportunities to improve the experience and drive business outcomes.
• Distill the vision and strategy for the team and effectively present and communicate to crossfunctional partners and leadership to generate enthusiasm and drive alignment.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of product initiatives, and implement datadriven experiments to improve the core consumer experience for Uber Eats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer products.
• Strong systems thinking, analytics, and experiment design skills with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Leadership experience setting and delivering on a crafted strategy, with accountability for outcomes.
• Customer obsession: ability to tackle complex product challenges and deliver elegant, simple solutions.
• Experience building scaled businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics.
• Experience working with geographically distributed crossfunctional teams in an energetic, highoctane environment.

• A driver mindset: actionoriented, collaborative, adept at simplifying, and partners to deliver clarity and execution.
• A high bar across the board, with a continual desire to grow and learn.
• Attention to detail: obsess over every pixel and underlying detail that affects user experience.
• Data fluency: ability to uncover, analyze, and tell insightful stories with data without analysis paralysis.
• A true passion for Ubers mission, products, and the hybrid technology/operations nature of the company.

Salary & Benefits

For San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA based roles, the base salary range is USD$190,000 USD$211,000 per year. All U.S. locations are eligible to participate in Ubers bonus program and may receive equity awards and other compensation types. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
