Overview LHH is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join their client’s dynamic business development team at a leading international law firm. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact proposal work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Craft tailored, high-quality proposals for RFPs and pitch meetings, aligning with client needs and firm standards. Collaborate with attorneys, business development, and pricing teams to develop strategic proposal content. Mentor junior team members on proposal best practices and customization techniques. Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness. Maintain and enhance internal content databases to support proposal development. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree holder with 7+ years of experience in marketing and business writing, especially in project-based work like proposals and pitches. Skilled communicator with strong writing abilities and professional presence on calls and video meetings. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce. Agile and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently drive initiatives.
