What You'll Do

• Build and manage various IT application release and production schedules. Lead merge strategies and align cross-channel projects.
• Manage the various schedules – release, production changes, project timelines, etc.
• Provide daily metrics/status for the environment and project health (Dashboards or other KPI delivery methods).
• Verify gate completion for projects with PCI/Sox implications (checklist).
• Coordinate projects into existing test environments/maintain environment schedules.
• Build release schedules and deployment plans to manage and implement a release.
• Actively manage issues queues from open to closed.
• Coordinate with project/application & TDS to ensure 3rd party integrations are configured & tested according to project/release schedules.
• Work with projects, engineering, and QA to define upcoming environment requirements and specifications.
• Determine & coordinate data requirements and dependencies for upcoming projects.
• Have fundamental knowledge of applications, systems, and integration points.
• Work with Engineering/Architects to assess release milestones and adapt/grow them as required over time.
• Work with Engineering & Project Management (PM) to define interdependencies in deployment plans.
• Define and enforce entry criteria for Production. Act as a gate.
• Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercise strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Network with key contacts outside their own area of expertise.
• Demonstrate good judgment and depth of experience in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Based on tangible and intangible factors, develop recommendations to guide executive management to critical decisions.
• Make decisions that may impact external relationships, organizational performance/success, and the company’s reputation in the industry (customers, business partners, etc.).

What You Know

• Experience in exercising strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Must have experience in defining useful metrics and targets for the domain.
• Strong experience in measurably improving processes and best practices to achieve goals.
• Must have formed, motivated, and led high-performance cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building effective partnerships with, and between, the developers, architects, QA Team, and product managers.
• Hands-on experience in networking with senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise.
• Experience demonstrates the ability to positively influence change and address barriers impeding progress.
• Should have experience in providing leadership and encouraging teamwork throughout all levels of the organization.
• Should know how to interact with business leaders at all levels.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training as appropriate.
• Able to contribute to performance appraisals for team members.
• Experience in assisting in conducting team building/development activities.
• Should be under general direction for day-to-day work, but receives available instructions on new assignments and areas of higher complexity.
• Must participate in recruiting and hiring team members.
• Receives limited instruction in determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and coordinates activities of other associates in the group.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.

Compensation Band

• $140-145k per year.
