Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen who is comfortable undergoing extensive background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITAM (SAM, HAM), and CMDB.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB Implementation certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Willingness to undergo extensive background checks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ITAM (SAM, HAM) and CMDB modules.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
