About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations for the Universities sector in the Southwest Region. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong executive presence, capable of fostering a collaborative and successful partnership to lead and grow a diverse portfolio of campus clients. This role is pivotal in advancing business relationships, promoting a client-centric operating culture, and ensuring the delivery of quality services that meet or exceed economic and commercial performance. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for leading all activities and teams in the region, managing client relationships, and driving new business development. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in negotiation, influencing, and promoting sustainable financial models. The ideal candidate will be adept at talent management, including hiring, growing, and developing staff, and will work closely with the sales team to meet development and cross-selling targets. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, driving innovation, and balancing client retention with new business development. The Senior Vice President will be a change champion, preparing the organization to embrace and adapt to fundamental changes that will support business growth.
