What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Role Title: ServiceNow Developer

D uration: 4+ Months

Location : Brentwood, TN/ Remote

Minimum Requirements:

• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
• Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming
• Experience in Designing and developing new ServiceNow workflows and processes on Fed ramp ServiceNow instance.
• Help with the development of IT Service Management solutions using products such as ServiceNow by customizing the product using technologies JavaScript, Jelly, web services including MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Co-operate with other developers to develop/customize applications on ServiceNow platform.
• Work on the ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed.
• Experienced with User Access Test (UAT) to collect feedback from UAT Team, ITIL Process owners, Clients and fine-tune the solution.
• Look for and resolve the defects assigned by the leads, performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects.
• Conduction of quality assurance testing of the Solution and the Major/Patch Upgrade testing.
• Regular working on administration of the Fed ramp ServiceNow platform.
• Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification
• Certified Application Developer

Job may require travel to unanticipated client sites with expenses paid by the employer. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Email resumes eai@fourci.com
