Job Family : Digital Consulting Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : As a ServiceNow Developer, you are an integral team member responsible for the design and development of core ServiceNow capabilities for in accordance with client requirements. Teams work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, current architecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement. Developers provide tool and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of the current product functionality. Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow Following industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projects What You Will Need : 3 years Consultative experience and well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include, ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, etc. Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF) desired Local to DC area and able to come in person 2 times a week Active Secret or ability to obtain Secret clearance. Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SPM) Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. What Would Be Nice To Have : Development efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etc The ServiceNow Developer will participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as needed Maintains technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints Develops creative technical solutions to complex problems Work is performed based on documented Project Implementation Plans Exercises judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Applies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines 3+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience with relevant certs Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred CIS- IT Service Management, Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications preferred Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
