Role Summary

The Solar Installer position is a Member of our operations team, reporting to our Foreman and Sr. Foreman. This role oversee one of the most crucial components to the solar industry by being the ones who successfully mount and install the finished product on our consumers homes.

Responsibilities

• Install residential consumers with their purchase order
• Immerse yourself inside the organization to learn from industry leaders during weekly meetings and workshops, and field ops.
• Create opportunities inside your assigned territory that lead to new consumers.
• Use all company CRMs to best prepare for install location & pay
• Reply back to all work related emails in professional time and manner
• Embrace Lifestyle Marketings values and key principals

Qualifications

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working under pressure
• Showcase leadership capabilities inside a change-oriented environment
• Results driven personality proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills while being able to voice to consumers
• Reliable transportation
• Open to being 2+ stories on Heights (On Roofs) 
• Ability to be in all weather conditions 
• Ability to always be safety minded
