Tradeco Construction is currently seeking Solar Installers for projects near Fredonia New York.

No experience necessary but preferred. A solid construction background will translate.

This is a new ground mount build.

As an Installer, you will be responsible for day-to-day field installation of mechanical hardware, racking components, wiring assemblies, and solar modules.

Must be able to work 40-50hrs./week (weather permitting)

Must be reliable. If you are looking to work less than 40 hours, please do not apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in PV installations, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred
• Experience with the safe use of hand held and power tools
• Interest in safety is a must; OSHA 10 preferred (we can assist with this)
• Must be able to work in extreme weather/field conditions including cold, wet, & muddy
• Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
