Our client, a leader in the motorsport industry, is seeking a Sr. Chassis Designer to join their team. As a Sr. Chassis Designer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative vehicle design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Chassis Designer

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000

What's the Job?

• Creating and analyzing design concepts for race car vehicle design.
• Developing CAD models and detailed drawings for various components.
• Interpreting test results to inform design decisions.
• Planning and completing assigned engineering projects efficiently.
• Mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

What's Needed?

• 5–7 years of direct design experience in motorsport vehicles and systems.
• Extensive experience with CAD software modeling of race car components.
• Strong design analytical skills and knowledge of engineering principles.
• Experience evaluating and implementing design changes and specifications.
• Proficient with workstation hardware and CAD software for design documentation.
