We are in search of a highly skilled Sr. IT Director to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our IT department, including the management of applications, software, operations, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT applications within the company.
• Manage software across the organization, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and remains up to date.
• Ensure the operational management of all IT systems and processes is efficient and effective.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
• Utilize Cisco Technologies to support and enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
• Leverage Cloud Technologies for efficient data storage and access.
• Implement CRM systems to improve customer relationship management processes.
• Manage company databases to ensure they are secure, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Utilize EO/IR systems to enhance the company's operational efficiency.
• Oversee the use of Backup Technologies to protect the company's data.
• Manage computer hardware within the organization to ensure it is functioning properly and meets the company's needs.
• Oversee contracts relating to IT services and suppliers, ensuring they provide value for money.
• Manage IT deployments across the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Apply Design controls to ensure the company's products and processes meet necessary standards and regulations.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development, project management, and/or policy development.
• Good understanding and technical knowledge of current network and client operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards, such as Windows OS, cloud platforms like O365 and Azure, HP hardware common desktop productivity software solutions.
• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business processes, managing staff, budgeting, and/or overseeing business office operations.
