Sr Partner Success Advisor, HCM Consultant

This role offers an exciting opportunity within Workday’s Global Partner Organization, focusing on enabling services delivery across our Partner Track related to the oCHRO buying center. You will support the implementation of Partner’s Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices, mentor partner managers, and serve as a key contact for high-risk deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver CoE services to support partner practice growth.
2. Support complex pursuits and deployments.
3. Improve efficiency and quality of services.
4. Create standard methodologies, documentation, and presentations.
5. Become an authority in Workday HCM products.
6. Resolve issues for high-profile deployments.
7. Influence product and solution development.
8. Advise on collaboration, certifications, and new offerings.
9. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Human Capital Systems consulting and implementation.
• 4+ years of Workday experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, or related areas.
• 3+ years working with services deployment partners.
