We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and preparing tax returns. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in financial software.

*Duties*
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
* Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
* Assist in cash flow analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage tax preparation and compliance activities.
* Utilize financial software such as Sage and QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

*Skills*
* Proficiency in financial software, particularly and QuickBooks.
* Experience in financial statement preparation and account analysis.
* Understanding of cash flow analysis techniques.
* Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
