Candidates from both Public accounting and Industry accounting are qualified!

Position Summary:
This position prepares and completes journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and other ad hoc responsibilities necessary for the completion of the financial statements related to the activities of the accounting department. The role will be responsible for assisting with the organization and maintenance of the financial records for international operations.

Primary :

*Create journal entries to reconcile the intercompany activity.
*Review and adjust recurring journal entries.
*Prepare various monthly accrual entries.
*Reconcile various balance sheet accounts.
*Work with international companies to understand accounting practices.
*Prepare and distribute month
-end financial statements for confirmation of results.
*Prepare and distribute intercompany balances to confirm balances.
*Responsible for cash receipt journal entries, including corporate and intercompany cash receipts.
*Participate in review meeting with the international finance team.
*Support the VP Finance
- International as needed.
*Support departments, divisions, and other departmental information requests.

*Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
*2
-5 years accounting experience
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software products including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Familiarity with ERP systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly detail oriented
