Our client in the energy industry is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team supporting the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and have a customer service mindset. Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $26 to $28 per hour What's the Job? Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates Maintain positive candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview rooms/meetings if necessary, bringing lunches for candidates, etc. Coordinate times and locations for all interviews Coordinate candidate travel arrangements Manage candidate expense report forms What's Needed? High School diploma required College Degree preferred 2-4 years professional work experience Must act with urgency, be nimble as schedules change and partner effectively with recruiters and team Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficiently What's in it for me?
