Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
  3. Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  4. Work towards visual merchandising guidelines set for the store.
  5. Train and develop team members.
  6. Maintain store standards throughout the store, including the back-of-house.
  7. Monitor all store operations, including back-of-house.
  8. Liaise with Head Office teams for all business updates.
  9. Set targets and monitor KPIs for all team members.
  10. Recruit for your store and liaise with the global recruitment team.
  11. Make commercial suggestions for your store and get them approved by senior stakeholders.
  12. Be a role model for the brand and maintain personal presentation standards and that of your teams.
  13. Maintain store health and safety regulations.
  14. Plan monthly schedules for your team.
  15. Motivate and drive your team.
  16. Ensure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
  17. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sales system, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  18. Close and open the store, as well as set up the cash register.
  19. Support with inventory management and organization of stockroom.
  20. Replenish the shop floor as necessary.
  21. Communicate daily needs with the management team.
  22. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members to manage and maintain performance.
Requirements

  1. Highly motivated.
  2. Interest in fashion.
  3. Target driven.
  4. Experience in customer service; retail preferred.
  5. Ability to interact with customers in a loud and often busy environment.
  6. Ability to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activities.
  7. Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
  8. Ability to climb ladders and use a stepping stool.
  9. Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
  10. Must be eligible to work in the US.
  11. Proficient in English, written and spoken.
