We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Financial Operations Director to join our leading healthcare organization. This role demands a strong background in financial reporting, hospital financial management, and service-line analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, and managing P&L, revenue, and cash flow. A thorough understanding of reimbursement models, particularly in the Not-for-Profit sector, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial plans and strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
• Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee hospital financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage P&L, revenue, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Understand and apply reimbursement models, with an emphasis on Not-for-Profit organizations.
• Conduct service-line analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial strategies support operational goals.
• Regularly review and update financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and board members.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, hospital financial management, and service-line analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement models, particularly in the Not-for-Profit sector.
• Proficient in forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, revenue, and cash flow management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using finance software and other relevant IT systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical financial conduct and a high level of integrity.
