The Internship During the fast-paced 10-week internship, you will work on challenging and innovative, strategically relevant projects that drive our business forward and create value for our customers. Throughout your internship, you will present to executive leadership and participate in case study workshops/competitions. Ultimately, we will invest in you to grow your skills as a finance professional: critical thinking, learning the business, exposure to today's top executives, and mentoring all while having FUN!
The Experience There is no substitute for feet-on-the-ground experience:
- You will experience culture-in-action by participating in the Walmart Annual Shareholders' Meeting and other events with Walmart associates from around the world.
- You'll also benefit from leadership development, professional mentorship, and technical training.

- Your style must be forward and persuasive as you're asked to solve real business problems with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity.
