Principal Duties and Responsibilities - This position will support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the company's Gulfstream fleet.
- Interns will interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects that enhance processes and efficiencies for all mission-specific Gulfstream fleets (e.g., production test, demonstration, Airborne Customer Support).
- Complete assigned projects and work plans that include - but are not limited to - flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and aeronautical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
- Support efficient work practices and processes.
Additional Functions - Comply with safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements - Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

- Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or above.
- Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
- Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
- Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
