Cook Intern Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
• Work alongside our chefs to prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
• Meet production schedules, deliver great food, and maintain high standards of presentation and taste
• Develop essential food safety knowledge, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness
• Assist in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and ensure all areas are organized according to safety standards
• Deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests
• Understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Capable of a 10 week commitment
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Hotel experience a plus
