Job Description Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Executive Recruitment Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with our Executive Recruiter in identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent for Senior Director and above roles. This position plays a critical role in shaping Diebold Nixdorf's executive talent pipeline across key corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Operations. You will leverage market intelligence, advanced sourcing strategies, and relationship-building skills to deliver top-tier candidates and insights that influence executive hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with the Executive Recruiter to define leadership hiring priorities and craft targeted sourcing strategies, ensuring initial candidate engagement within agreed timelines.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify passive executive candidates globally, delivering competitive intelligence reports that inform search strategy and succession planning.
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for current and future leadership needs, with measurable goals for diversity representation and pipeline depth.
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach, assessing alignment with Diebold Nixdorf's leadership culture and strategic objectives, while maintaining a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and candidate summaries for hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic insight.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing market context and talent insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, maintaining 100% compliance on candidate data integrity and confidentiality.
- Continuously innovate by introducing new sourcing tools or techniques annually to enhance executive talent acquisition.
- Stay ahead of trends in executive sourcing, leadership talent markets, and innovative tools, contributing to quarterly reports on sourcing effectiveness and market intelligence.
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in sourcing or research, ideally supporting executive or senior-level recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing platforms and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, market mapping tools).
- Strong English communication skills; global experience preferred.
- Background in complex, matrixed organizations; exposure to Manufacturing, Banking, or Retail is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, urgency, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create compelling presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
