Our team is looking for enthusiastic individuals, who are highly motivated and self-starting, to interact with healthcare clients and their patients to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. The successful candidates for this role will be highly organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, have excellent communication skills and well-trained in our product suite to offer quick and accurate assistance to our members.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming emails and occasional calls about our CareSense tools and products, starting with our ticketing system for patient and user support.

  • Investigating and escalating tickets as needed. Including software bugs, access issues, and user questions 

  • Keep track of interactions with patients and clients using our CRM tools, ensuring every detail is documented and managed with care.

  • Follow our communication guidelines and procedures to to efficiently reduce response time for incoming emails/calls and follow-up after patient/end-user phone calls

 

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role; especially if you’re enthusiastic about healthcare or technology

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with strong phone handling abilities and active listening.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 

  • Self-starters who can manage their time well and deliver high-quality work will excel in this role

  • Motivated and self-driven with great time management skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work

  • A team player who can also thrive in an independent setting.

  • A comfort with technology, whether it’s Apple, Android, Google, or different software tools.

  • Any help desk experience or familiarity with CRM systems (FreshDesk is a plus) is a bonus.

  • Interest in growing with our company

  • Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident authorized to work without sponsorship
