Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Product Owner to join the Enterprise AI Platform Delivery team.

This role focuses on driving the adoption of AI capabilities, enhancing user experience, and ensuring scalable platform integration.

The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, with hands-on expertise in ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Rollout & Integration

  • Lead platform releases and feature rollouts in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Architect and execute go-to-market strategies including onboarding, training, support, and feedback loops.
Customer Enablement & Technical Onboarding
  • Develop and maintain platform documentation, SDKs, guides, and self-service resources.
  • Conduct technical workshops, office hours, and onboarding sessions tailored to customer use cases.
  • Translate platform updates into actionable guidance for users.
  • Monitor telemetry and usage metrics to identify friction points and drive adoption strategies.
Support & Troubleshooting
  • Triage issue tickets and provide initial resolutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy fixes and maintain platform stability.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues and resolution patterns.
  • Capture customer feedback and technical insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Advocate for usability improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Partner with engineering to validate fixes and test new features.
Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to AI governance, data security, and responsible AI usage best practices.
  • Support compliance requirements including access controls and ethical AI considerations.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, technology product development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Expertise
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, SDKs, vector databases, prompt engineering).
  • Experience in AI product management or technical product ownership.
  • Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Customer Success & Communication
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in customer success, technical enablement, or product support.
  • Skilled in leading technical onboarding and training sessions.
Project & Product Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
