Job Description:

• Potential candidates should possess a thorough understanding of oncology and radiation therapy.
• Must be willing to work in various departments and be flexible with shift assignments.
• Candidates must be ready to start quickly after the initial start date.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be under 7 days and will not be approved during the first week or holidays.
• Submit all facilities the candidate is open to working in upon application.
• Ensure that all certifications are active upon submission, and flu vaccination status is noted. Declinations can be applied for.
• Profile submissions must include a Banner cover page fully completed, a resume detailing facility size, beds, trauma level, and units, and a skills checklist specific to the discipline that is less than a year old.
• Include a copy of a driver's license for identification verification.
