We are currently hiring for a Sales Account & Training Coordinator in our Alpharetta, GA office. This position is crucial in supporting the Sales Manager by managing our regional distribution partners and customers, identifying their needs and expectations, and communicating effectively. The Sales Account & Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to ensure continuous skill development for our distribution partners. Product knowledge, problem-solving, communication, follow-up, situational awareness, and the ability to wear many hats are critical in this role.

Accountable for Training Program

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for distribution partners.
  • Create and update training materials.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
  • Track and assess participant progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals.
  • Manage training schedules and logistics.
  • Support distribution partners in achieving operational excellence.

Accountable for Sales and Opportunities Pipeline with Distributor Partner s

  • Bi-weekly / Monthly Calls
  • Manage Salesforce
  • Forecasting and Production pipeline updates
  • Creating quotations
  • Understanding risks

Accountable for Sales Order Process and Fulfillment

  • Forecasting orders and delivery expectations
  • Ensuring accuracy of orders received

Accountable for Distributor/ Customer Communications

  • Reporting/ Escalating Technical needs/RMA
  • Scheduling key meetings + presentations
  • Coordinating trainings + onboarding new distributor reps
  • Documentation for projects as required (licensing/ NDA’s/Sole Source)

Accountable for Data Plans

  • Communicate upcoming renewals to distributor reps
  • Account for device details and quote consolidations
  • Collaborate with the Administration team
