Main Responsibility

The Receivable and Supply Chain Finance (RSF/SCF) Associate will support the end-to-end operational management of the Banks’s global RSF and SCF finance programs. This role is for a candidate with hands-on experience in trade finance, receivable purchasing, or payables/supply chain finance structures, and who is looking to deepen their product knowledge.

The Associate will work closely with Front Office, Back Office, and external Fintech partners to ensure efficient onboarding, transaction execution, issue resolution, and risk monitoring and management. The team currently manages a portfolio of ~120 programs across multiple industries and geographies.

Functional Tasks

  • Support the onboarding of new RSF/SCF programs, coordinating across Front Office, KYC, Operations, and external platforms.
  • Monitor Daily activity, settlements, payments, invoice flows, and exception handling.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding operational queries, platform issues, and data discrepancies.
  • Escalate and coordinate remediation efforts with internal systems, Operations, and external partners as needed.
  • Support ongoing development, enhancement, and testing of RSF/SCF platforms (e.g. Engine, WeFi, Optim, PrimeRevenue) to streamline and reduce manual risk.
  • Ensure controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards are maintained across all programs.
  • Partner with Front Office to structure new transactions, optimize programs, and onboarding timelines.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in trade finance, receivable finance, payables/supply chain finance, or related working capital products
  • Understanding of accounts payable/receivable flows and basic credit/operational risk concepts.
  • Strong Excel skills (lookup, VBA a plus)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills for effective and concise communication
  • Self-motivated individual with problem solving abilities

Education Required

  • BA or BS in Finance or Business or related field

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in an Investment Banking middle office
