Job Details

• Location: MVH main campus
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days - Every other weekend
• Call requirements: 1 mandatory call shift per week and every fourth weekend. Weekend call starts at 0700 Sat and goes to 0700 Monday.
• Must have cardiac cath lab experience > 1 yr.
• Prefer they have EP (electrophysiology) experience, EPIC, and MacLab.
• 2 labs of EP (pacemaker devices, ablations, ICD insertions) and 5 cath labs.
• Tend to see approximately 20 patients a day between all labs.
• It’s a fast paced, high acuity Cath lab. We do structural heart procedures also (Watchman’s, TAVR, Mitraclips). It is a level 3 Cath lab.

• - Amer Reg of Radiologic Technologists or RCIS
• - Lcnsd Radiology Technologist

Schedule Information

• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

Unit Specific Information

• General responsibilities: Performs advanced practice cardiac cath and peripheral angiography, electrophysiologic studies, therapeutic interventional procedures, and cardiac device implantation procedures. Provides peri-procedural care and education for patients. Assists cardiologists and other specialists performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Maintains records and documentation for procedures.

• I9 required per contract. Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form.

• Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents. Must provide legal documentation of the name change, such as a marriage license, divorce decree, etc.
• Required if the candidate will be using a Compact Nursing license that differs from the state in which they will be working.
