\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on 5 West Medicine unit with 36 beds and 50+ staff members
\n• Day shift staffing ratio: 1 RN to 5-6 patients
\n• Night shift staffing ratio: 1 RN to 6-7 patients
\n• Must sign up for 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday count as weekend shifts on night shift)
\n• Required to float to Med-Surg units: 3W, 5W, K8 (sister units)
\n• Work with medical remote telemetry monitoring and Cerner Patient Observation (CPO)
\n• Use VC150s in every patient room and workstation on wheels for each staff member
\n• Utilize Tap and Go for computer/documentation access
\n• Document using Cerner EMR system
\n• Prepare patients for Endoscopy, IR, and OR procedures
\n• Required certifications: BLS (required), CMSRN (encouraged)
\n• Must have medical telemetry experience
\n• Preferred qualifications: Leadership experience, Charge Nurse experience, BSN
\n• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs (top and bottom), white top with navy blue bottom, or all white
\n• Must be hard-working, compassionate, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
