PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Job Description & Requirements General Information:
Minimum Experience required: 1.5 years (MH requirement)
Will you accept a first-time traveler? If they have experience in home health and hospice
Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility
Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler
There are 3 primary field locations for this position area served will be discussed during the interview
