Job Requirements

• State requirement for Mississippi: FMOLHS MS Fingerprinting
• BLS certification required
• Nursys license required within 30 days of start
• License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start
• FMOLHS Skills Checklist required annually
• FMOLHS Competency Exam required with passing score of 80% or higher
• FMOLHS Core Competencies required annually
• Proof of immunizations or declination required
• Fit Test required annually
• Hepatitis B proof or declination required
• Influenza Vaccine proof or declination required
• TB Test proof required within specified time frames
• Health Statement required within 1 year of start
• Varicella proof or declination required
• Tdap proof or declination required
• Annual TB Questionnaire required within 6 months of start
