Job Details

• RN PCU/Telemetry position at Summa Health, Akron Campus, Ohio.
• ACLS, BLS and NIH required.
• Float required.
• Resume must include Epic experience within the last year or will not be considered.
• RTO due at time of submission. Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed.
• No block-scheduling requests will be accepted.
• Solid black scrubs are required.
• Phone interviews are required for this position.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

Unit Specific Information

• Unit specific competency exam required. ECHO Sonographers need to take a clinical competency exam.

Additional Details

• Must provide and carry a valid government issued photo ID.
• Copies of exams needed, within year of start with passing score of 80% or higher.
• Required by ALL travelers prior to start: Fully vaccinated (2 doses if applicable).
• Titer or 2 adult MMR vaccines required.
• Requires Titer or proof of complete vaccines of 3 series.
• Required by ALL travelers Sept-April: Influenza Vaccine by 11/7/23.
• 2 Negative PPD's or Neg Q-Gold/Tspot required.
• Titer or 2 adult vaccines for Varicella required.
• TDap within 10 years of start required.
• Completed, Signed and Dated Annual TB Questionnaire required.
• Negative 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start required.
• Instant background check not accepted.
• Ran within 90 days of start, updated for breaks of 2 or more months of service.
• Ohio FBI and BCI Fingerprint Attestations required within 12 months of start.
