Job Details

• Clinical pharmacy services will be provided to the malignant hematology, medical oncology, gynecologic oncology, and stem cell therapy (SCT) recipients and/or the family/caregivers of SCT recipients during inpatient hospitalization for cancer, chemotherapy and its complications and all phases of SCT.
• The hematology/oncology/SCT pharmacy service will include identifying, solving and preventing medication related problems in the hematology/oncology/SCT population.
• The SCT pharmacist will provide education regarding the safe and effective use of medications in the post allogeneic SCT population to the healthcare team, patients and families and will facilitate the processing of chemotherapy for patients admitted to the hospital.

• Government-Issued Photo ID
• Required for Vaya.Aya: E-Verify Required
• Current Intermediate AWHONN Certification required for L&D RNs.
• Required for: Cooks.

Additional Details

• Required for all clinical patient facing/in person positions. This is not applicable to non-clinical or remote positions.
