• Skills: Adult Outpatient, Tumor Localization, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Benign Brain Tumors, External Beam Therapy, Gynecomastia, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Keloids, Prophylactic Treatments, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Respiratory Gating, Superior Vena Cava, Tomo Therapy, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Pancreatic Cancer, Testicular cancer, Varis- Vision/ ARIA, ARIA, TrueBeam, Chart check, Radiation Safety

JOB DETAILS:
\nRatios: 1:5 for days
\nShift: 5x8’s 0800-1700; Monday - Friday
\n***RTO: 7 days MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER***
\nFloat Requirement: POSSIBLE FLOAT TO SISTER SITE IF STAFF SHORTAGE. VERY RARE.
\nWeekend Requirement: WEEKENDS ONLY IF MACHINE WAS DOWN FOR EXTENDED PERIOD. VERY RARE
\n
\n**Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
\n
\nPATIENT DIAGNOSES: BREAST, LUNG, BRAIN, EXTREMITY, SKIN, ELECTRON, PROSTATE, GYN, PELVIS, GU, PANCREATIC, ESOPH
\nSPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: There's one True Beam and one Siemens CT sim. There's five therapists that treat 20-30 patients per day, M- F. SBRT
\nUNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, Aria, SBAR
\nSCHEDULING TYPE: ***CAN START DIRECTLY AT THE CLINIC DUE TO NOT REQUIRING ANY ORIENTATION OR DIMENSIONS TRAINING***
\nUNIT ORIENTATION: Hospital provides brief orientation and rad onc clinic will provide further orientation.
