What You Will Do:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding medical care to patients of various ages and health backgrounds. Collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, you will assess, treat, and educate patients while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues.
• Provide friendly and convenient care to everyone seeking health services.
• Lead and support during emergencies, ensuring patients feel comforted and reassured.
• Conduct medical assessments and manage treatment for primary care, urgent care, and occupational health cases.
• Perform a variety of medical procedures including laceration repairs, pap tests, and injections.
• Monitor and ensure patients receive appropriate levels of care.
• Supervise laboratory and x-ray services, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Participate in policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance service delivery.
• Advocate for clinic growth and the introduction of new services as identified.

What Do You Need?
- A background as a Provider is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
- Certification as an APRN through AANP or ANCC.
- DEA license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- BLS certification.
