Your Role

We are looking for experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with urgent care or emergency room experience to join our diverse community of providers. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide a wide range of clinical services, including treatment for acute conditions like sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains, and minor infections.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to recognize serious conditions and direct patients to emergency care when necessary.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants
• Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of post-residency clinical experience required
• Minimum 18 months experience in an applicable practice setting preferred
• Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• National Certification
• Active state medical licensure (MD/DE can be obtained)

Essential Functions

As an Advanced Practitioner, your essential functions will include:

• Examining and treating patients
• Taking patients’ medical histories
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays
• Making diagnoses and prescribing medications
• Treating minor injuries that may require sutures, splints, or casting
• Recording progress notes for follow-up patients
• Educating and counseling patients
• Administering vaccinations and referring patients to additional care
• Performing other duties as assigned

Compensation

Full-time providers can expect an annual salary ranging from $120,536 to $151,840 before value incentives.
