This is a fast-paced, outcomes-driven engagement designed for professionals who can operate at scale, maintain accuracy under pressure, and deliver to US public accounting standards. We are hiring Junior Preparers and Lead Preparers to join this project-critical workflow. Opportunity Snapshot This engagement sits within GCO Partners global tax delivery offering, providing structured exposure to high-volume US tax compliance. You will support the preparation and review of: Form 1040 Individual returns Form 1099 Contractor payment forms Schedule K-1 Pass-through entity allocations The environment is deadline-intensive, quality-driven, and structured around a 60-hour workload typical of US busy season operations. Open Roles: Junior Tax Preparers (Data Processing & Workflow Support) Entry-level preparers responsible for the accurate capture and organisation of tax data. Core Responsibilities Execute high-volume data entry for 1040s, 1099s, and K-1s Validate, organise, and prepare source documentation for review Flag gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies in the data set Support the broader team in meeting tight busy-season turnaround times Lead Preparers (Quality Control & Technical Oversight) Experienced professionals who provide judgement, review, and assurance across all prepared returns.
